"Ticket system transition."

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The ticket customization one of the many features that I really like from zoho desk. One other thing is the intergration of zoho assit in which we at Gnomon have used for all remote help for staff and students. The ticket system allow you to connect directly from the ticket itself.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Zoho was very easy to set up and use. Overall the interface and setup were relatively intuitive, which is exactly what I was looking for because many of our team are not very tech savvy.
