"Zoho Desk is a great app in Zoho One. Very great tool in managing tickets."
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The most helpful of using Zoho Desk is managing tickets and monitoring tickets of every customer. Can create custom Widgets which is a great thing to do in Zoho Desk and also the automation.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? ZOHO has a automatic timer function on tickets which simplifies my technicians' workloads. It also has many intergrations that are helpful when trying to replace multiple current systems.
