What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Our company has been using Zendesk for the last three years because it was the "market leader" of help desk software. As a start-up, we didn't have the time to research ticketing/knowledge base systems and went with what had the reputation to work. "No one ever got fired for choosing Zendesk." "A solution to start fast, gain adoption. and an easy learning curve."

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I have used this at a non-profit for Service Desk and at a startup. The startup is using CRM as well. It has worked well though we are still in the learning and adoption phase. I looked at Freshdesk and liked its Web 2.0 type look and feel better, but felt the pricing and features did not match Zoho Desk.
