What do you like best about Zoho Desk? To date, the highest level subscription is priced at a lower level ticketing system that does not have the same features and functions. There are very few (if any) contribution walls tied to the Zoho Desk account. What you have is what you are compensated for. All of the features of an entry level are built into the priced tiers. Pricing, uniqueness, reported study, standards, bill production designs.
