"Zoho desk is easy to use and has greatly improved our helpdesk workflow"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? One of the coolest features is the live update when another agent is in the same ticket you're looking at. It's a website but since things move and change without refreshing the page, it feels like a stand-alone app.
