"Easy and integrates into your flows"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I think that the ability to integrate with Sales IQ, or CRM, and other features/apps that inable you to scale your program wether that's generating leads, or doing E-Commerce customer service on the consumer side, ZOHO offers what you need.
