"Helped us organise our email-based support"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Straightforward focus around tickets and progressing them. Found it simple to integrate with our support@ email address, such that customer emails create new tickets automatically, and outgoing emails are 'from' the same business email address. Just a couple of simple DNS changes and a rule added to our 365 account settings.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? customizing the blue print. and the ticket noticications through the app were nice little things that allowed us to keep up to date—excited to try the functionality of the Remote access tool.
