What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Zoho desk es una herramienta que facilita la gestion de incidencias que se generan en un departamento de TI, permite realizar flujo de trabajo, contestar a traves de la aplicacion y llevar un seguimiento de de cada incidente, puede conectar los aplicativos de conexión remota y así brindar soporte remoto a los usuarios, me parece una herramienta bastante util

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I like that zoho has add-on modules to connect the ticket system with its CRM product, forms product, flow product, as well as multiple third party products
