What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Really simple to use and to set up. In combination with Zoho Flow its a very powerful helpdesk. maybe if there was a more simple API handling it would be better

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Tracking tickets is really easy, it's reduced the number of cases that have accidentally slipped off the radar and our response times and work loads have been reduced.
