What do you like best about Zoho Desk? What I like about Zoho desk is the creation of tickets, assignment of these tickets to other team members, keeping track of these tickets' and finally closing the ticket after the issue has been resolved.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Zoho desk has so many wonderful features! A supportive team, a knowledge base, a chat and email system. You can remote support clients, send voice clips, and even draw on a whiteboard!

"It's comprehensive, and yet easy to use"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Quick and easy on ramp. The interface is very intuitive. Entering, documenting and closing tickets can be done via a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
