What do you like best about Zoho Desk? This was after a 15-day trial. We were looking for a system to help track issues with equipment we manufacture and service. We looked at several others (salesforce, freshdesk, and others) and were surprised at many of the features. What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Round robin and assignment rue are well organized. I also love the availability to set different layouts per entity. Also, it seems to me that there is an active development team behind it, listening to the needs of customers.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Able to have all required tools needed for providing support within Zoho Desk. There are also countless other solutions that are under Zoho which can easily fit into your workflow if you're already using Zoho Desk.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We wanted to make a customer support portal for our users and tried almost every help desk from the market. but found Zoho help desk best. The best Part is Zoho desk is a self-help portal our customers can easily make support tickets and find FAQ easly
