What do you like best about Zoho Desk? THe interface is great. I like the customization as well. So far the support has been good. We are trying to customize it for our processes and will report back if we can dothis.

"ZoHo Desk - Versatile and much improved"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Very versatile and they have made the product much improved from a couple of years ago. We use the M365 integrator which makes it very easy to add users to the helpdesk.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? User-friendly interface. Options to update time spent on tickets. The tool seems quite beneficial for the small teams working in client servicing. There are many more tools available, but this is undoubtedly one of the good ones.

"Good working ticket system solution"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The best thing about Zoho is the customization, you can rebrand the site or change the HTML layout. Fifty free light agents coming with the enterprise version are a big plus. The setup is easy and working right out of the box. They have a wiki for all your problems and questions.
