"Zoho desk is exactly what I am looking for!"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? There are multiple ways to create tickets; the help canter option is incredibly amazing, it does exactly what I am looking for provides a great platform for us to interact with our clients. Tracks and manage customer queries both efficiently & effectively.
