What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The integration between the web and Android app is fantastic. We are able to answer tickets on the go and don't miss a beat with our customers. The mobile interface is well-spaced and allows easy access to all the features.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I´m happy that I chose Zoho. Until a while ago, I was using another program before that was not so good, I´m glad I installed this new platform. Zoho includes many customizable options. I have had no problems generating all the reports that I have proposed, but after a while you will find a couple of differences. Something to keep in mind, it is difficult to produce a report that includes leads and connections at the same time.

"The Best Ticketing tool - Zoho"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Excellent tool to choose for helpdesk support, I never had a great experience in using a ticketing portals like this before. I strongly recommend this tool for remote, chat and collaborating with your team members and finally handling tickets.
