What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The cost at which Zoho is providing the helpdesk is definitely an attraction towards this system. Zoho Desk is very easy to use with a very user friendly interface

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I can see all requests from companies in the operation team and support processes on a single form. It is a practical module for making phone calls, tracking e-mails from companies, getting reports of the team and the whole process, and making reports. I can see which user is doing what simultaneously, whether they are in the mold or the entire team's performance.
