"A very good solution for simple but efficient follow-up on customers"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? One of the tool's strengths is that it is customizable. Custom fields, automation, ticket attributes, email templates, macros, CSAT... All in all it offers a lot of possibilities for a very reasonable price.
