"ASAP is great for Knowledge Base and Ticket submission within our web app"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We are happy using the ASAP feature, because we can customize it and it is easy to set up on our web application pages. Access to a knowledge base and an easy to use ticketing system for our users. Can also set up different departments which makes it easy to keep KB separate between users.
