Having reviewed and worked with several different platforms Zoho by far feels like the most enhanced, with new features coming as well all the time.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Zoho Desk allowed us to be up and running in a matter of minutes as the user interface is simple and easy. We were processing tickets within 30 minutes !!
