"Zoho Desk has many robust features for integrations on your website!"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Many features and different ways to interact with potential customer base. As a web developer, integrating it into my website was surprisingly easy and smooth. We see a lot of potential for streamlining our sales process lessening data entry tasks while being able to reach more customers on a regular basis, without the need for an intrusive contact form and phone call that a lot of the younger clientele are avoiding in these markets.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The ease of rollout was huge in saving time switching programs. Pretty seamless transition without any downtime. The chat function when getting a question answered is amazing. So fast and easy.
