What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Able to assign the incidents to appropriate team members and manage the incidents to resolution, with historical events of each incident. The UI is more straightforward to use than many that I've tried.

"Zoho Desk top rated customer success software for a reason"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? What I like most about the Zoho desk is its easy use. Overall UI of the platform is user-friendly, even for non-technical users, and it provides an easy setup for the users. Secondly, the support team was very cooperative in their help; we were able to set up customer support for our clients with in few days of exploration.

"Great support desk platform"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I've been using ZohoDesk for a few months now and it's been a great experience. The support desk platform is easy to use and has a lot of features that are really helpful. The customer service is also great. They are always quick to respond to any questions I have and they are always willing to help. Overall, I would highly recommend ZohoDesk to anyone looking for a great support desk platform.
