Timesaver App
What do you like best? I love so many things the best: 1) my clients can text the studio phone and not my phone 2) the auto replies let my clients know if their text went through 3) this speeds up my responsiveness and allows for many last minute bookings that would never have happened if I needed to email folks! What do you dislike? Almost nothing to dislike. I guess I wish I could put in a holiday schedule that would use the 'the studio is closed' auto reply on days when I ...

Zipwhip
What do you like best? I like that it uses the landline phone number, so you don't have to give people 2 numbers. What do you dislike? It's one log in, if I'm not mistaken. So anyone can send a text and it essentially be anonymous. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The template feature saves time and it's a huge benefit to be able to communicate with millennials in their preferred fashion.

Useful, a bit clunky

Super Easy and Convenient!
What do you like best? Zipwhip is easy to use and spreads across all platforms, making it convenient to utilize whether I'm at my desk or working at home. Because I work in recruiting and HR, it's essential to be accessible to our candidates and employees all of the time when matters are pressing. Being able to text without using our personal cell numbers is great. What do you dislike? I do wish there was an option to unread messages. I share our texting number with a co-worker and ...

Works Great and Easy to Use
What do you like best? The platform is stable and the dashboard is very user friendly. The layout is easy to understand and the visibility makes it easy to access conversation histories, create messages, and respond to new messages with little to no training. The Audio and tab notification of message activity is an added plus for not having to check the screen to be alerted to new activity. What do you dislike? Not a lot to dislike really. Some may feel that the product is basic and ...
