Awesome tool for communications
What do you like best? Text messaging is the fastest and most convenient way to communicate. With all the spam email and unknown phone callers, a TXT message is the perfect way to preface an introductory phone call with a client or applicant. This is perfect for sales and recruiting! What do you dislike? Sometimes the site is slow and contact history can take a long time to populate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster ...

Almost Perfect
What do you like best? I love the easy contact with our radio listeners. The ability to have a single number for them to BOTH call and text for requests and games. The ability to give phone numbers actual names and facts about the people is wonderful. It helps to create a more personal experience. What do you dislike? The occasional difficulty of sending texts, sometimes they don't go through. Also the delay can be an issue sometimes. A text will be received hours after it was sent. ...

Amazingly Effective!
What do you like best? Zip Whip allows us to communicate with customers in a way more effective than even email. We are a remote farm and sell mostly by photos...texting allows an almost immediate interaction with our customers. What do you dislike? Very rarely the system is slow to send, or can't send at that immediate moment for whatever reason. I would also like the ability to attach more than one photo at a time. (If that ability exists, please give me a lesson!) What problems ...

Great for mass communications
What do you like best? Easy to use - my team of 4 can share 1 line What do you dislike? I wish we could do more than 50 recipients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to get ahold of people easier. More people would prefer to text these days so this allows us to contact people during the day.

Great interface for your sales team
What do you like best? We like several things from Zipwhip. 1. The ability to have several users 2. The option we have to show auto-responses when the business is closed. 3. The option to have a button on the website that can send a text and start a conversation. 4. Group texts that you can send the information too and they can all reply individually. 5. The ability to have templated that we can add and schedule our texts to our later time. What do you dislike? Its missing integration ...

I love this texting platform
What do you like best? Makes high volume recruiting very simple. In this day people would rather text than answer a phone number they do not know. I love that this allows us to have an actual phone number not a 4 digit code. What do you dislike? I wish there was a search feature. Like you remember someone saying they needed to r/s an apt- so I try to control f to put in the date. I think that would be a great feature for the future. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
