Theres no competition for the price
What do you like best? Zipwhip's price is very low compared to the competition. Additionally, the ability to connect with their API allows customizing the experience. What do you dislike? It can be slow sometimes when sending group messages. Also would be nice to be able to create categorize for clients and then be able to filter for those categorize. A valuable tool to quickly communicate in the format fans prefer
What do you like best? The ability to text individual fans OR groups of fans quickly and easily from a desktop OR mobile device. What do you dislike? Other than the inability to do groups larger than 50... nothing! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Valuable tool communicating with hard to reach fans and customers. Hits them where they are and where they're most likely to respond.

The worst customer service I've ever received.
What do you like best? Ability to communicate in one platform with many people. What do you dislike? The worst customer service I've ever received. When switching platforms they would not email or answer any questions I had, they released the number without notifying me so any messages we got over the weekend are gone. An amazing platform for crisis texting
What do you like best? We utilize ZipWhip as a crisis text line for youth from Kitsap County in Washington. ZipWhip allows for not only our administration number to be utilized as a text line for our youth but also if they are to call the text number they still are able to connect with our administration staff. What do you like best? Texting to groups is very helpful.vvvvvv What do you dislike? Not being able to text to more than 50 people Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it! Customers will answer you inside of two minutes in almost all cases. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communications with our season ticket owners and finding new prospects through referrals and keyword referrals.

Great software
What do you like best? Ease of use; I love that I can use my landline for texting. It is very convenient to receive texts via my computer. I like the ability to use the mobile app which allows texting from my mobile phone using my business phone number. What do you dislike? When sending group texts, the recipients on the group texts cannot reply back to the entire group. They can only reply back to the sender. Time Saver
What do you like best? I think it is so easy to use and saves a lot of time. What do you dislike? Some pictures do not come through, but thats it... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use zipwhip to reach to clients with lapsed policies for the most part. It is also a great paper trail.

What do you like best? Our clients love it even more than we do! Very easy to communicate in a text-loving society. What do you dislike? Seems overpriced compared to other technology services we use.
