"Customizable and Forces All Parties to Adhere to a Workflow"

What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? Zendesk integrates with many other apps and implements an easy-to-follow simple workflow. JIRA integration is important for us. I have not tried many competitors, but it was a huge step up from our previous systems.
