What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? I truly believe that Zendesk provides alot of value for its price. Zendesk has an amazing ticketing system and has other products that can user for support articles and analytics.

What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? My support agent was super helpful. He answered all of my questions in a timely and kind manner and even gave me an article that I hadn't found to help me find a solution to a problem my team and I were experiencing. I was able to bounce ideas off of him and we were able to reach viable and easy solutions for my team. This resulted in us saving us a lot of time and frustration. Absolutely will be using support again!

"Extremely Fast Service"
What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? My agent was extremely quick to respond. He apologized for a "delay" of 10 minutes. Any other customer service rep would have responded after a few days or hours.

"Zendesk for Startups is a Great Program"
What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? We've been in the Zendesk for Startups program for awhile which has been the perfect way to get our feet wet as we provide customer support for the first time. It's obvious that we are using a fraction of the possible features and I know we can DEFINITELY grow to thousands of customers with this program!!
