What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? Voicemails can be read automatically, whenever someone drops a voicemail you have the option to hear and read it. What do you dislike about Zendesk Support Suite?

What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? Efficiency. At first, the system told me someone would get back to me within 1-2 days, only to see Jongun get back to me within 2 minutes!!
