What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? Zendesk makes it easy for reps to manage tickets and ongoing cases. There's a seamless connection between emails and chats, which is great. And there is a lot of functionality for macros and triggers that allow tickets to be tagged, automatically closed, automatically associated with groups, and much more. All of that allows for easy-to-use dashboard reporting, and much of the busy work of managing tickets can be eliminated.
