Zapier integrates extremely easily with a vast amount of applications

What do you like best? I love Zapier for many reasons. It integrates extremely easily with other websites and applications I use. I do online marketing and I greatly rely on Zapier. I like that there are endless options of applications you cant create zaps with... so if you need to switch applications, you do not have to worry at all about Zapier not being able to easily integrate with the new app. What do you dislike? I have nothing I dislike about Zapier. Everything works smoothly and ...

A fabulous set of tools to save time & money

What do you like best? I have been using Zapier within our businesses for in excess of 3 years, during this period it has been fault free. It allows us to reduce the amount of double entry work, capturing data and information from one platform and seamlessly pushing that data to another platform. There is so much you can achieve with Zapier it is mindblowing. - The software is simple to use - Very cost effective (there is even a Free option which allows you to do so much - Robust - ...

Automation Makes Life Easy

What do you like best? Setting up zaps is extremely easy, as long as you have the access you need. What do you dislike? Certain documentation could be better during setup, especially when it comes to connecting tools like Facebook, where there are various levels of access and certain ones are required for zaps to work. Recommendations to others considering the product Just check out the list of zaps available and compare it to the tools you use. If you've got even just a handful, Zapier ...

Super straight forward to set up, responsive support team when i had questions.

What do you like best? My team likes me to send links to our social posts anytime something goes up. That way they can easily share it on their personal profiles. With Zapier, I was able to automate this so that our social accounts send links to their posts to our teams special slack channel. Set up was very simple and straight forward. you pick the account that is the trigger, then you pick the account that gets the action and you format the template for whatever you're asking it to ...

Very hand if you are non techie

What do you like best? I like Zapier because it enables me to feel techie working with apps and their apis. It is like IFTTT but way way better in my workflow because it automates tasks. I like how they manage to make the tools, and software that we use every day into a simple automated workflow. What do you dislike? I don't how slow the execution of Zaps sometimes, there's a delay. Also, there seemed to be api errors that only technical people can repair. I wish they can take a look at ...

I don't know how business used to get done

What do you like best? I love the ability to sync up many services. I don't have to have codey code language skills either! What do you dislike? There's nothing bad to say, though I suppose if they were to improve it could be in the intelligence of their email parser. We frequently have to retrain it to read a pretty standardized email format to reroute incoming voicemails. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It automates voicemails ...

Great for beginners and advanced users, but gets expensive

What do you like best? Zapier is incredibly flexible and supports a ton of apps. It makes using API's a breeze for people who don't have any programming experience. One feature that I utilize a lot are the Zapier apps such as webhook, code, and filter. This allows for some advanced functionality not available when you use the basic zaps for each app. An example of a Zapier app is the webhook app, you're able to catch data posted to a Zapier URL and then process it and do whatever you want ...

An API that interconnects to just about anything you can think of.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We've been utilizing Zapier in a wide range of recipes and other methods that we're beginning to think it'll replace larger workflows. It's a worthy all-around product! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Zapier gave us way more benefits than we initially realized. With so many good things coming from it, there's really nothing I hate about it. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? ...

Great push based automation - with scope to code your own

What do you like best? In terms of basic push based automation (ie get a row from Google Sheets into Slack it's great -- if slightly limited on the individual actions as these are defined by the product APIs used. With 1000+ connectors, you can generally get data in and out without much hassle. Having a Zapier integration has become one of the main requirements when selecting suppliers for clients. What do you dislike? Very few - some limitations on which data sources can be extracted ...

Makes integrating separate tools a lot easier

What do you like best? I find that zapier keeps on upgrading and optimizing their API features to a level where we can rely that we can always get a better service. Zapier integrates with a big number of services that otherwise haven't created a direct API connection. What do you dislike? Some of the integrations are limited but zapier's own tools like Formatter and Parser can fix a lot of issues. I find the limitations when using Zapier come mainly from the tools you're connecting - ...
