Zapier Reviews in May 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Bleh. Useless robots.

Zapier was presented as a solution to a calendaring problem by another provider. They did nothing. Provided nothing and proved entirely useless. I continually get emails from "billing" and can't be removed because I'm not a member of the group. I hope their functionality is more useful and logical to others than I found it to be but, based on experience, am very doubtful.

Zapier will not honor request for pro-rated refund

I learned that 33 days ago my credit card was billed $240 for a year of Zapier integrations services. I tried a year ago to integrate Stripe with Dropbox so that a purchaser automatically got sent an invitation to a shared Dropbox. This simple Zap could not be effected so I gave up. I did not know that there was an auto renew default and they billed me last July. I didn't see this until August and Zapier will not refund the pro-rated rest of the subscription. What do you like best? Zapier is a low cost (or free, depending on your needs) way to allow business tools, from basic to enterprise level, to communicate with each other. Instead of paying a developer to write you custom code for integrations, you can do them yourself in a super user friendly way. Great software, but in need of some re-thinking

What do you like best? I love that the software allows for more advanced workflows to be built, using Javascript and HTTP methods. I also love how many apps are able to be integrated out of the box. Great tool for connecting multiple platforms without much technical knowledge.

What do you like best? I like how Zapier enables you to connect different platforms within their system. They have a secure login feature that allows for you to easily connect with all of your various platforms from one place without having to login to each one separately. Went from good to unethical and disrespectful

We just launched an app one year ago and it was active now for a lot of months and they just shut it down without any prior notice and apologized for the waste of time on both sides. Since then, they haven't replied on a single of our support requests, even tho we pay for their service. In all of my years, I never saw a company with such a messed up service and support.Just moved five customers already to another service provider and a lot more are going to follow.

Easy tool for integration and automatization

What do you like best? The most helpful part of Zapier is user-friendly of this tool, it is easy to integrate via API and you could quickly integrate it on your own without any technical specialists. As for me, this is the most important part of such tools - create integrations without high technical skills.
