What do you like best? First, I love that the first 5 automations are free (as long as they are just 2 steps). There are so many different platforms to connect and it seemed much more intuitive to me than IFTTT. It was super easy to set up! I also like their test features with some of the softwares. What do you like best? If you have repetitive tasks or a repeatable process Zapier can most likely automate it. I love the ability to connect all apps and platforms into one seamless workflow. What do you like best? Its ability to accomplish more or less anything if you know how to ask it is incredible. What do you dislike? Great tool for integrations

Obviously it's a great tool for integrations, it helps us create our catalogs and then send them via email to our clients. But Zapier is not 100% intuitive, it took me some time to figure it out. Less tech-savvy people might struggle! But overall, Zapier is nice.
