Useful tool, has some issues but would recommend to a friend.

Great service, but very greedy company

I have had only good experiences with Zapier in the past, the service always worked fine and saved my clients and me a ton of time. It is quite pricey, but mostly worth it.Please beware though, their plans / billing structure is built in a way that you as a customer can be screwed over easily. This is a fantastic service ... When it works

This is a fantastic service .. when it works. Unfortunately in the month i have tried this service. It has failed me 7 times not doing what it is supposed to do. I got this service to automate important info so the right people see things at the right time, useless if it intermittently works also the zapier service has been down in this month which again is unnacceptable for a service that automates such important things. I dont mind a bit of downtime for updates but its been 2 and a half ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Building zaps is very simple. Basically I just followed the web page, then I could build the zap successfully without any coding background. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If you are using the free version, the zaps will take around 15 mins between trigger and action apps. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

They do a tremendous job keeping up with the latest in corporate environments regardless of scale. What aspects are problematic or could work better? our company needed the $30/month plan- we barely used their tech, and they proceeded to charge us the business plan because a junior employee up-charged the account

Mostly very good

We have found Zapier to be mostly very good, and easy to learn and use, and their Zaps seem reliable. You do need a bit of IT knowledge and confidence to use Zapier - but a basic knowledge should be enough. They are a great alternative to trying to code integrations yourself.
