Zapier Reviews in May 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Wow. Dont believe the 1-star reviews.

Wow. I have just read some awful 1 star reviews. My experience of Zapier is the Polar opposite of all the bad reviews. Customer service has been fantastic from day one. Admittedly we now pay over £400 a month for this product, but the help us always fast and usually ansered in one email. Product is great and has helped us build a business that would not be possible otherwise. Do not hesitate to use Zapier.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's able to bridge gaps between app integrations that may be present otherwise. We've used Zapier to in streamlining our processes before and will do so again sometime in the future. What aspects are problematic or could work better? At times, their latest product support lags (which is pain but understandable). If the integration you were hoping for doesn't get voted or requested, the chances of making it out is little to none. ...

Amazing Tool

I don't understand all the negative reviews regarding access to gmail and such, you can give access to whatever you choose.For me it's an amazing tool that saves so much development time.

OMG.....RUN.....Run like the wind

OMG.....RUN.....Run like the wind! I just spent 1 1/2 hr deleting my account. I changed my mind when gmail said zapier now had access to my account. They run you ragged trying to delete. Up and down rabbit holes that lead to dead ends. Make damn sure you want it before you sign up for even the free trial

Worked great temporarily - terrible customer service

Use this for digital marketing. Worked really well initially, then they updated the feature on their end and the product stopped working entirely. You have to book it and pay $200 USD to speak to anyone on the phone and if you email their support you get a new person every single response so it's impossible to get any issues fixed. I paid for the yearly so now have 10 months left for an unusable product

An excellent tool for automation.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are so many apps to choose. If you have no idea what you need, you can create customized webhooks to integrate with your app. Reliability has been great with Zapier. Have your zap set up and you're done. If the zap fails to work for some reason, you'll receive an e-mail notification informing you what the issue is. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I decided against using Zapier while…

I decided against using Zapier while reading their Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement, and then while trying to set up a Zap using Google Forms. To make the connections, they get FULL access to your Google Drive account, and if you create posts using their software, they claim FULL copyright for what you created. I think this is over reach.
