Used to be OK and work fairly well, now it's BAD
Used to be OK and work fairly well, then they changed their pricing structure AND their UI and since then, it's gone to the dogs. Good luck getting help, it seems to take someone days just to reply and then it's usually just a link to a "help" article. Whatever changed at this company is NOT good.

Horrible customer service!!!
Horrible customer service!!!I abmit I am not an IT person, I had a hard time setting up two zaps and both times after contacting support for help was transfered between different people and took several times to get the Zap to work properly, even after being told they were good to go. I was told response time is 4 to 6 hours!! Come on, that's money out of my pocket for losing a deal becuase a Zap isn't working!! Zapier should be doing better, as least act like you care!!

Absolute waste of time.
I wish I had read these reviews before signing up to Zapier. I am nearly at 100 emails with their customer support team and actually further away from fixing their Active Campaign and Google Calendar integration.I am utterly disgusted with their so called service and cannot believe that a paid customer should have to go through so many hours each week of troubleshooting an integration they told me they had and was simple to set up.I was also told after I requested a local support person, ...

Unimpressed so far.
Unimpressed so far.Forced to join them as Connect Myapps stopped supporting the software I use. Connect myapps worked, Zapier does not.Its not easy to use at all and the level of support for a paid subscription is shocking.

Connects all the technical dots!
What do you like best? It works with a ton of software. When I looked at the list of software it works with, I was just astounded. It can be used for simple tasks that involved moving data across different software and for more advanced implementations. I feel the cost and usage limits are also very reasonable. I love this platform.
What do you like best? Zapier will most likely automate it if you are doing routine tasks or have a repeatable procedure. In a smooth workflow, I like the ability to connect all applications and platforms. Amazing Resource
What do you like best? I love the amount of apps and software we are able to integrate together. What do you dislike? Sometimes the API and connections aren't the easiest to understand and have to do a lot of work-a-rounds Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't be afraid to reach out to support for help What problems are you solving with the product?
