EXCELLENT Customer Service
I paid for a 1 yr subscription. A few weeks after my purchase, I hadn't been able to convert any files yet. Because it was so EASY TO USE, it knew it HAD to be user error. I contacted customer service for help and they were extremely responsive. They explained that I'd misunderstood how I would be able to use the converters. In addition, they issued a full refund!!! Thank you Zamzar! (In particular Grace)

Good Customer Service
I had intended cancelling my subscription following just a month's usage, due to my voluntary responsibilities with an organisation having ended. As a result of there being no prior e-mail advice I only noticed, too late, two further monthly charges to my account. I cancelled the account and explained my reasons, although their service is always excellent, and without any request from me, they have refunded the last two payments. I have commended them on their excellent Customer Service.
