I revise my earlier review. Converting PDF to Epub is not always successful. Zamzar succeeded 75%. One book was successfully accepted by Kindle Previewer and one book produced error and I was not able to upload it to D2D either and it has caused very big problems and might be blocked by bookstores because the upload has not gone through and the presale would be cancelld. Zamzar converted the files manually for me which was very kind of them but was successful 75% or 3 conversion of 4. ...

Great customer service and excellent communication.
I had an issue with converting a file to EPUB. Grace from customer support gave me an extremely clear and easy to understand explanation of the problem. She also offered to do a manual conversion and stuck with the issue until it was resolved. Really terrific service.

A Godsend for me!
I am an adult programmer at a small library. I get Word docs occasionally that won't go to Facebook, which is our only method of advertising events. I struggled every time trying to find some way to convert those files to jpgs. Somewhere I stumbled on to Zamzar! Wow! It was easy enough for an old lady like me to understand and use!
