The tool was great

The tool was great. It helped me convert 1000's of comics and books in a short span of time and it was very reasonably priced. The items that were converted were saved in my dashboard for any future refence which too was a very helpful feature.

Do not convert my pdf into Jpg Take 1 hour. Time waste.

Easy and fast!

The service is easy to use and I always get usable files that are converted quickly. If I need more files that I can get for free, I just pay for a month's subscription - they make it really easy to cancel so I don't pay for more than I need.

Great service

I need to use Zamzar several time throughout the year. Have used other file conversion services and Zamzar is by far the best. On a side note, I wonder if they build in AI capabilities to support file conversions into database vectors, that can be used to develop embeddings, how could it become a game changer for folks like me in technical writing fields. Overall, love the product.

I revise my earlier review. Converting PDF to Epub is not always successful. Zamzar succeeded 75%. One book was successfully accepted by Kindle Previewer and one book produced error and I was not able to upload it to D2D either and it has caused very big problems and might be blocked by bookstores because the upload has not gone through and the presale would be cancelld. Zamzar converted the files manually for me which was very kind of them but was successful 75% or 3 conversion of 4. ...

Great customer service and excellent communication.

I had an issue with converting a file to EPUB. Grace from customer support gave me an extremely clear and easy to understand explanation of the problem. She also offered to do a manual conversion and stuck with the issue until it was resolved. Really terrific service.
