Technical support available and knowledgeable

Technical support has always been available and knowledgeable. This is huge and should never be taken for granted. Running my site on a dedicated server is expensive, but I knew that coming in and it has been highly available. My only concern with the company is that sales has followed up on my tech support engagements trying to sell me additional capacity for a site that consistently runs no more than 20% CPU utilization. But again, support continues to be top notch.

WPengine has spoiled me

WPengine has spoiled me! Our company has been using WPengine for several years; support is unparalleled (trust me, I've dealt with several hosts during the last 20 years) and security is top-tier. Most of the time, we can handle the "small stuff" but WPengine techs are quick, knowledgeable, and very personable when it comes to "the heavy lifting." I love this company. Always helpful

We had an issue with an external SSL certificate, but Keith was able to identify the issue and fix it for us. The service desk is always helpful!

Grade A Customer Support

The support representative Jose was very helpful in helping me understand what was occurring with an error we were experiencing with a custom plugin by looking at the server logs and adjusting some things. There have been many other instances of WP Engine support helping me out as well that are too numerous to mention. I really appreciate the high quality customer support that WP Engine provides on a continuous basis.

Phenomenal Support

The dashboard for managing our websites is very intuitive and well laid out. Everything works as expected. The phenomenal part of working with WP Engine is their support. 24 hours a day, and no matter what time you reach out to them, they are available and help you with everything you need to include customized advice for your site, and providing support articles to enhance your understanding. We have been with WP Engine for probably 7 years and will be with them forever.

I've used WPE tech support several times. Wait time has never more than a minute, and the support technicians intuitively know what I'm asking for.

Slow servers and bad restrictions

Slow servers and bad restrictions, disabling WP revisions is ludicrous. We should NOT need to talk to support to do it. Also, the AI bot is absolutely useless and refuses to connect me 99% of the time. Me: Please enable Revisions Bot: Only support can do that Me: Can you please connect me then? The pricing on the website is misleading and support are unhelpful. Really disappointed.
