I was a loyal customer for many years, finally when I needed a faster service they upgraded me to a fast server. The sales rep named Emmanuel quoted me $420 per month, then I got the bill for $820. I emailed, and he called claiming they had to give me a credit and it was a complex billing process. He apologized and I believed him, but the bills kept coming in for $820 each month. I did not receive the credits. He then acted as if he did not understand what was going on and asked to speak to ...

Very happy with WPE. I've hosted in 4-5 places over the years and if you're working with WordPress, I think you'll appreciate it. The support team is knowledgable and easy to reach. The platform itself offers a ton of powerful devops and web management tools. You pay more than the nightmare economy platforms, but when you know, you know. It's worth it.

WPE is literally the best WordPress host I've ever used. The service is impeccable and the support is world class. I can't tell you how many times I've reached out with questions and they were able to help without delay. No matter what time of day, how complicated my problem was. They are unbelievable. I use WPE for every site, and I have never been let down.

WPEngine are so responsive whenever I have an issue or a question, I can always communicate with someone, (one thing to note though is the support concierge needs to be accessed through Safari, it doesn't work well through Firefox), the engineers and support technicians are very responsive and helpful.

Won't take clients who host anywhere else

As an agency owner, I trust WPEngine for myself and my clients. I know their exceptional support is available 24/7 via live chat (and they are so quick, knowledgeable, and comforting). 'Cause you know if something is going to go wrong, it goes wrong on launch day...or over a holiday weekend. I know WPEngine has my back. Basically, WPEngine makes me look great to my clients.
