What do you like best about Workato? It's easy to use. You can drag and drop actions from the several connectors available and create a simple sequence of steps in a few minutes. It's all visual and you have access to the data after you run a job to inspect it. What do you dislike about Workato? There is nothing huge that I dislike. What do you like best about Workato? The ease of use of the product and the out-of-the-box connectors, ensure that we can build processes easily, without working on the connection. If there is a new connection required that is not covered - its easy to use the SDK or see if the community has built any connectors. What do you dislike about Workato? What do you like best about Workato? Workato provides a huge variety of connectors, including some (such as http) that allow you to do custom configurations that connect to just about any API. The on-prem connector allows us to securely integrate between on-site databases and external data providers. Easy to use Web interface for creating recipes/integrations without extensive coding. I really appreciate Workato's ability to be easy to pick up for new users, while also allowing for more complex functionality with the python and javascript connectors.
