Great IPAAS
What do you like best? Their team is eager to help with all projects. This makes up for anything currently lacking. Their available connections fit with our current stack. What do you dislike? Connections are limited, and not as intuitive as I would like. Often have to contact support to understand, but they are very helpful. Out of the box triggers are not always what I want. Recommendations to others considering the product: Check their exiting connections catalog and see if it ...

Workato - it works best!
What do you like best? The Workato product interface is brilliantly thought through and designed. The learning curve for first timers is easy enough to get started and build useful things, and Workato really shines in their ability to handle complex triggers and interactions. Workato allows people to build software apps so much faster than by coding each functionality. Specifically, so many developers waste time building features and integrations that Workato provides with simple to use, ...

The Ultimate API
What do you like best? easiness of setup, trial version which lets easily build a POC, quickness of the support (chat, remote assistance either technical or business, number of aplications that you can integrate, community recipes that you can "grab & use" right way, etc. What do you dislike? Price model. It could be useful to have a model, i.e: "€ per transaction" - you pay only what you use (useful during low periods Recommendations to others considering the product simple: just go ...

Workato has allowed my clients to vastly improve the time it takes to implement integrations
What do you like best? By far, Workato has been the most intuitive integration tool that my clients and I have worked with. This allows for extremely fast deployment timeframes for projects ranging from smaller/tactical high value integrations to very large/complex critical path integrations. We have not run into anything that we cannot find a solution with using Workato, even when limitations are brought forth by the platform API's we are working with. What do you dislike? We have not ...

Easy to learn & use Workato Automation Tool
What do you like best? How easy it is for non-developers to learn - easily falls into the low-code category. I also how great the onboarding and proof of concept service was. We never felt like we were left to figure it out on our own. And the built in feature to catch errors is very helpful. You can quickly find use cases to automate cumbersome tasks in your organization and streamline repetitive processes. What do you dislike? I do not have much to say that's negative. Recommendations ...

Simply An iPaaS/Integration Powerhouse!
What do you like best? Recipes feel structured like code (if blocks, loops, try/catch, but are super accesible from any skill set. POCs for integrations can be built out and tested within minutes, often in the meeting they are being conceptualized. A huge library of preconfigured connectors for Enterprise apps, but the HTTP connector is robust as well for most APIs. The ability to actually build logic around errors istead of tossing everything into the same bucket makes intergration ...

Very powerful and easy to use - our go to integration tool
What do you like best? The consumer like ease of use of Workato allows us to rapidly build out very complex integrations without being beholden to an army of developers or partners in our portfolio of companies. Additionally, our data enrichments pipelines used to be batch and offline in R/Python scripts... those are now being replaced with real time enrichment with Workato as the integration layer to many different APIs What do you dislike? We have had no negative experience so far ...

Great way to connect Salesforce to Eventbrite or Google Sheets
What do you like best? Workato makes it pretty easy to connect Salesforce to Eventbrite in a way that is much more useful than Eventbrite's off-the-shelf (free, never updated connector. Their recipes are easier to maintain than custom code. What do you dislike? I'd really like for schema updates that don't effect the recipe to not require me to refresh all the recipes. Recommendations to others considering the product The customer support is really outstanding. What business problems ...
