I have spoken to two representatives and neither of them could inform me how to find out what my funds were invested in. They just kept saying you need to look here on the website so when I got the website up and tried to go through it with them they said "I'll have to get somebody to call you" The really exasperating thing was that neither of them were the least bit interested or helpful, it was like I was holding them up from day time TV while working from home. Asked a simple question about charges if I moved into their drawdown vehicle and I waited weeks for a robotic answer that didn’t even attempt to answer the question. The response was just a bunch of caveats.

Forced by employer to transfer into…

Forced by employer to transfer into Willis Towers Watson (LifeSight). They transferred the funds and then stopped me from making any investment choices for 2.5 months whilst they sorted admin. Meanwhile my pension fund loses 10% of its value, and I am unable to do anything about it. Useless firm. Useless Website. You call them and they can't help you. Will only take complaints in writing. So you email them and you get a response saying it takes 10 working days to respond. 4 Weeks later, I ...

If could give a 0 I would, unbelievable organisation.Same experience as everybody else an absolute shambles of a so called financial organisation.Will be writing to the FSA - this company needs investigating and it's licence to trade withdrawn.
