WTW.... Delay, Delay & Delay Again
Trying to transfer out my pension. Every mail meets with a delaying tactic that extends for 10 days + each time.... I've been trying for months. How do I get them to respond??? Simply dreadful

Will anyone take responsibility?
I had cause to complain about delays in providing a transfer value caused by this company’s incompetence. I received an acknowledgment on 12th January confirming resolution or a request for further information in 10 working days, I.e. 26/1. 5/2 - nothing received. Chased by email. 14/2 - nothing received. Chased by phone, promised an update by a supervisor by the end of the week. I followed up with email. 21/2 - nothing received. Can their response time get any worse?
Can their response time get any worse? Oh yes it can! Response marked as urgent (or so I was told) took over 5 weeks under their policy of responding within 10 working days. Yesterday, I managed to send on my completed forms, and the automated response says "aim to reply within 20 working days". How is this an acceptable service? To cap it all, I rang today to point this out, and they apparently installed a new phone system overnight, which prevented me even talking to the front line ...

Glacial pension transfer
I'm trying to transfer an old workplace pension into a vanguard SIPP, first made contact mid December, month later form rejected as not wet signed....re-submitted the start of Jan and still no reply. What a joke of a company.

Totally appauling
Totally appauling. Ive been given the brush off on the phone several times, all complaints have been ignored, no one seems to know whats going on re tge disinvestment of my pension and where the money is, an absolute shambles of a company

Awful company
My experience is similar to many of the other 1 star reviews. Started the drawdon process months previously and still not in receipt of any annuity proceeds. I shall be writing to Bank of America, my employer for this pension, and advising them of my concerns, I shall also be ariing my concerns at WTW's next shareholders meeting and I would suggest to any other dissatisfied customers of WTW to write with their concerns to their CEO Carl A. journey started.
So I started my pension journey on the 1st Feb. I asked for a quote which arrived today. I noticed it was £6k short but it said assumed. I have kept a check on the pension amount so I phoned them. They checked and said yes it is £6k short we will send to back office to get a new quote sent. Looking at the feedback it looks like my nightmare has started. WTW - Outdated & Slow
I am attempting to transfer a pension from WTW Lifesight but it is 2 months already and still not complete.There are several reasons they they are so slow. Certainly not recommended
Certainly not recommended , I will not use it if I have a choice. I am thousands of pounds worse off with this company, I am going to transfer my money out.Updated: hopeless company, it's so slow to switch funds or transfer out.

WTW terrible pension transfer
Recently instructed a transfer out from my DB scheme administered by WTW. At the same time instructed two other transfers administered by Fidelity. The experience of WTW was akin to a long distance tennis match. I would compete forms as required on the day they where requested and then wait a month for them to tell me that a box needed ticking and that further information was requested.
