ZERO CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE

IF YOU HAVE WTW AS YOUR PENSION FUND MANAGER, MOVE IT BEFORE YOU START REGRETTING! Adding last two weeks of night mare on top of original review. It got worse. I would like to add what happened after I first posted my review. Someone from their Admin team contacted me. Tried to sugar coat and say money will be in my bank account. His manager will call me. Great service eventually

After reading the terrible reviews , I was doubtful I'd have a decent outcome. Speaking to the staff didn't leave me hopeful either very dismissive and unhelpful. However, I did receive the figures for my pension and duly filled them out, being really careful to fill them in correctly. Six days after they opened a file for me, I received my tax free lump sum and details of when my pension would be paid. Excellent service in the end, so don't give up hope.

Great service eventually

DREADFUL

DREADFUL! I have been waiting over 6 months for an update . No one wants to speak to you . Emailed, left numerous voicemails on their un manned telephones which promise a call back . I’m still no further forward . Complete waste of my time trying to contact them . I do not understand why companies deal with them when there are far better ? It’s amazing how many other clients have the same view concerning their communication! .

Rubbish customer service

WTW managed a workplace pension I have. The money was invested in badly performing funds and I transferred out as soon as I could. The process was led by my financial advisor. It was a shockingly slow and painful process. They've outsourced their customer service to India I think, so there were problems with them understanding me and their replies were replete with spelling mistakes and bad grammar. All of their 'forms' need to be printed out and sent via post. Nothing is digitized. The ...

Appalling is sadly the only summary

Appalling is sadly the only summary I’m able to give. I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for an update as to when my ‘LifeSight Spending’ account will be available and still no useful update… emails are ignored, phone calls eventually met with ‘ we’ve had customers wait over a month so just wait and see..’ Absolutely diabolical customer service which culminated in a CEO escalation and guess what?….still nothing. I was looking online to see how I could contact #CarlHessCEOwtw and came across these reviews on trust pilot and was shocked at how how many other people are frustrated with the lack of service they have also received. I gave a 1 star,cause u can't score any lower. I'm trying to retire,and I've posted in my ID by special delivery,have proof it's been received over 10 working days ago,but they can't find it. Getting through on the phone is a joke,and when u do get through they don't care,and can't help. Apparently their post is out sourced,so all they can do is email the company. This is absolutely shocking behavior by…

This is absolutely shocking behavior by an organisation that control over OUR money. After trying to get some information for over a week, I finally got an email reply stating that they will contact me within 10 business days. This is absolutely ridiculous and as soon as I find a way to get my money from them, I will withdraw all of it.

Not getting very far with these people

Not getting very far with these people. Conflicting information given by phone last year and my letters taking forever to get a response. Doesn’t help either when after waiting a month for a reply their letter says they can't deal with my enquiry without providing certain characters from my national insurance number. Another month's delay!
