Disgusting Customer Service
Been trying to cash in my pension since January & no further forward. Customer service is appalling, total lack of communication between departments. Multiple forms alledgedly sent by post, only one received & it was the wrong form, strange as I have no problem receiving mail from other companies. Appalling!
As many others have said, this is an swful company to deal with. They make many promises whilst on the phone about what they are going to do to resolve issues, but these never materialise and you have to always call back. I am currently on hold to them whilst they are 'handling' my query. I've been on the call for over an hour now. I expected better service
So I returned my pension pack to WTW end of Jan and a week or so later they asked for a copy of my passport and for me to amend an incorrectly dated document both of which I sent registered deliver and which they signed for on the 1st of March. Since then I have called and emailed them on numerous occasions only to get the same answer that they are waiting on their scanning team. Unsurprising
Unsurprisingly this company is useless, tried to transfer a small pension pot into my wtw fund, took over 6bmonths before I just gave up as nobody responded to my calls for help. Dreading the day when I need to request to draw from my fund. Today the App stopped working too..

This is the worst pension administrator ever!
This is the worst ever pension administrator. 6 months passed since the pension trustees approved a drawdown of my pension and payment still not received. Have emailed numerous times with no response. Have called numerous times to be told that payment will be made within a week with total failure to meet it’s promise. Date of experience. Three months of torture to access my own money
I can not believe that such an incompetent organisation has been asked to manage the pension scheme of Barclays. I don’t blame the individuals that I spoke to in my numerous attempts to resolve/ actually receive my pension. I can see from the responses the level of dissatisfaction with this bunch of clowns! If I could give 0 I would
In trying to transfer a pension, WTW have failed to complete and return forms to the receiving scheme, meaning that the transfer I'm trying to complete may not complete by the deadline imposed by WTW themselves. Receiving scheme tried to call them to resolve the issue but were informed by the automated service that receiving schemes have to communicate by post! No support for automated Origo system, so forms, process and customer service all seem chaotic and obfuscated, making the process ...

If only I could give zero! I am trying to transfer my pension from this bunch to my current works pension. I’m finding them totally inept a dealing with anything I ask of them. They are not responding to my emails and they have given me poor advice over the telephone. It’s like banging your head against a wall. I have received nothing since at all. Zero.
