Refused to give information on my pension
I needed information about my pension which they refused to give me unless I explained why I wanted it and paid them £1000. I wish my employer had never moved the pension plan to them. Unhelpful and unpleasant.

Zero stars review regarding the recruitment process. Especially as I've dealt with this company regarding my own pensions. A person has a pension as it belongs to one person. So receiving a recruitment email from a person that states 'we' on it is grammatical incorrect from that person especially as I didn't receive other decline emails from WTW regarding the other positions that I applied to. Utterly incompetent company
Don’t even want to give 1 star as I think a zero star is more apt. Utterly awful incompetent company. Probably the worst company I have ever encountered. Pension help desk gave me incorrect information approximately 3 times delaying my transfer request. Paperwork takes up to 10 days to arrive. Advisors zero knowledge with queries you may have. Told today it is going to take 6 months to process my transfer to an excellent competent pension provider. This will leave me in financial hardship. ...

PAINFULLY slow and incompetent.
Yet another example of WTW completely messing up a transfer that had a deadline. Started the transfer process with two source providers on the same day. One took 3 days (using Origio, super efficient and painless), WTW took 3 painful months of backwards and forwards, terrible, misleading and innaccurate communication, told me everything was administratively finished before a cut-off date, only to then pull the rug at the last minute and tell me that my transfer couldn't be completed as ...

Incompetent and dishonest! Transfer out completely messed up
I made a request to transfer my old company pension from WTW to Scottish Widows. There was a deadline for this, as the old company would otherwise transfer all pensions to another scheme with Standard Life, so I made sure I cracked on with process as soon as I was aware of this, giving them plenty of time to resolve. Breach of Contract failure yo pay monies owed
Supposed to get my pension 29.2.24, Willis were notified 6.12.23 of my retirement. Still haven't received monies owed. They made three requests for copies of my passport, being unable to trace the original form and emails. Complete administrative incompetence. They have 6 days to pay. If I do not receive money's owed it's straight to court. I advocate others follow suit

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I have been trying to have my pension fund paid out to me in a lump sum, as is my legal entitlement, but this Company have been fobbing me off for over 6 weeks! All a bit rubbish …
So I followed all of the correct processes that they advised in preparation for reaching my retirement age, and in fairness, I did receive my tax-free cash sum reasonably quickly. My request to transfer the rest into a spending account was not actioned and what makes this so much worse is the fact that nobody will take responsibility. I ring regularly.
