nothing learnt in 190 years !

According to their website they state that that “ We have been putting clients first for 190 years” well if my experience of them is anything to go by they have learnt absolutely ZERO in all those years! Chaotic, inefficient, dishonest

Like many others I have had (and am still having) a nightmare trying to claim my pension benefits. They have to date (a) blamed HMRC for non payment - this turned out to be false (b) blamed various other bits of the organisation - the mysterious 'specialist team' and the ironically named 'quality control' team are favourites. Shambles

Try to get your hard earned money? Good luck if you have money with these people. First point is; that they make it as complicated and drawn out as they possibly can. I bench mark them against other companies who i also have pension with. There is Zero communication and i am repeatedly having the same conversations with no progress. This has to be an adopted tactic, nobody could be this bad. I am so surprised that they ae allowed to get away with it.

Incompetent and useless

This company is clearly unfit to handle the pensions of our citizens. My wife has had 2 CETV' s both incorrect. That was back in 2021/22 . To date,she has been left in limbo, with an insulting offer of £250 and her £420 re-valuation fee refunded,when more than £55,000 was wiped from her valuation by a failure of anyone at WTW to correct their own mistakes. She has waited 11 MONTHS for the Pension Ombudsman to investigate only to be told this is a fair offer as it amounts to nothing more ...

Customer service - none existant

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I have been trying to transfer my pension pot from them for over 4 months now and I am still no closer to the transfer being completed. The process has met delay after delay and it is never their fault. I have lost count of the number of calls made to them and the time wasted on hold. Incompetence at every stage

Three of us in my office all having problems with getting our Pension Packs despite numerous phone calls and broken promises. They are completely incompetent and I will be urging my employer (a large High Street Bank) to find a better company to administer our pensions.

Oh dear 🤯

Oh dear, I contacted WTW with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised when I received my pension quotation within the 5-10 working days quoted. There endeth the pleasure, contacting the same number every single day is absolutely ridiculous, there is something fundamentally wrong with WTW. Totally inept company.

Totally inept company. Can’t understand why my original pension company recommended transferring to them. Waiting almost 2 months for a straightforward withdrawal. Avoid at all costs.
