How are these people still in business?

What went wrong? Where to start... utter shambles. Have zero choice to use as its my own and my husband's workplace pension. Totally exasperating, frustrating.. how can they be trusted to run multi million pound schemes with such incompetent service?

I was told in 2007 and 2019 that I did…

I was told in 2007 and 2019 that I did not have a Lloyds bank pension. I enquired for the 3rd time in November 2023 after being prompted by old colleagues. 7 months later in July this year, I was emailed to say they had pleasure in telling me I did in fact have a deferred pension. I immediately responded asking for a retirement quotation and I am still waiting. I have sent a complaint email and I am trying not to get to depressed. After reading all these reviews.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I’ll be moving my pension away from them as soon as possible (so will probably take 6 months based on service they provide). Impossible to get a simple/honest answer to any question “We’ll raise a case and get back to you” this is code for “we will ignore you or keep deflecting with random questions until you give up”. Have also tried raising complaints but get the same response, they are not only bad but they also don’t care.

Every year this company made errors…

Every year this company made errors that made renewing a simple policy incredibly time consuming and unnecessarily difficult. The service was terrible!

Barclays Pension Team Are Crap

The Barclays pensions team have been sending me mad with false information, repeated requests for the same forms that I have submitted multiple times and long delays in replying to emails. I am now starting to believe that they will do anything to avoid paying out a pension ! Utterly utterly crap company!

WTW are officially one of the worst organisations ever

WTW has officially one of the worst customer experience scores ever recorded for a pension scheme administrator. Why are major UK organisations, such as Lloyds Bank, Barclays Bank, etc handing over their pensions administration to this despicable and woeful company? There have been thousands of complaints in the past few years. Surely, they have a care of duty to their current and former employees? Shocking service

My father passed away on 2nd December, 2023. All forms have been submitted to allow appropriate payments to be sent to my widowed mother and no funds have been received. I called at the start of May and was told that the numbers had been agreed and just needed a 4 eyes check. I called back on 31st May when no payment was received. I asked for a formal complaint to be raised and was promised an email update that day. I asked for a call back and was told that there may a 48 hour SLA for this. ...

Avoid terrible company

If your company uses them then go to a private firm. They have cost me loads and when complained missing loads of answers. I asked again and again and gave up. How are they not regulated
