This Company is a Nightmare
I have rarely encountered an organization as lame and unempowered as WTW. Chevron contracted Retiree Benefits to Fidelity, and Fidelity contracted with WTW. I contacted them months before I retired to start the process of getting retiree health care. I have now been retired for two months. I have given WTW every document and piece of information they requested, but they simply cannot get the job done. I lost my former coverage April 30, and am now without coverage for the first time since I ...

Still a zero if there was one I’m still…
Still a zero if there was one I’m still being fobbed off with excuse after excuse re my small pension from Lloyds I don’t know why wtw are holding onto it it’s been going on since early 2019 they said Lloyds were in court then that was sorted then they said it would take a year to work out my little pension as it was all being calculated by hand ! REALLY ! Iv told them I need the money to pay for a funeral but they now say they will have the figures by the end of April is that April 2021 or ...

Diabolical service. Total disregard for pensioners
Shocking to read so many other peoples experiences of this company. I too have an old pension being handled by WTW. I first told them back in August 2020 that I wanted my official retirement date to be on my birthday in March 21. It took several weeks to receive confirmation of this. I was sent a physical form through the post stating I needed to give them six months notice (which I did) but never received a pension statement. I've claimed two other work pensions with absolutely no issues, ...

Frighteningly Poor Service
The personnel are pleasant enough on the phone but after continuously chasing up a pension quotation for over two months, I am now doing the same thing for the relevant forms I need to action it. Calls don't seem to be noted so that when I call the next time for an 'update' on where the forms are, they don't know what I'm talking about. Sadly, I have two old works pensions which are 'managed' by these people. I asked for certain additional information about the second pension, was assured I ...

3 months and counting.....
I've just looked at the other reviews and can now understand the terrible service I have received from this 'not fit for purpose' company. I contacted them in early January to ask to withdraw a small 'trivial' pension in full. I had to chase and chase and received forms 17 February which I completed and returned 1st class post. More chasing and chasing after having explained to them that I needed this pension before the end of this tax year. Later this year I will receive my state pension ...

Awful Disengous Prevaricate I now have…
Awful Disengous Prevaricate I now have to pay a fee to find out what my pension is worth. When my wife requested what her pension is worth rather than provide a figure they sent her an equation so she work it out beyond belief. Once I have transferred my pension out the sooner the better.

avoid! if your employer uses Willis, refuse it!
well, I am in process of transferring my pension out, for months on end. They kick the can down the road and come up with ridiculous excuses, missing paperwork and all sorts, when it is all there. they are somewhere in the ice age, everything by post. with my receipt of signed for in my hands they still ignore me, they have a new excuse now for their sloppy services even before the pandemic, that anything that is not bereavement is not of priority. Unbelievable, they have the cheek to claim ...

Partners with Lloyds TSB Pensions
As partners with Lloyds TSB Pensions, they asked unnecessarily intrusive questions for such a small sum of money. On top of this, I'm currently a month in and have yet to hear back from them as a board of "trustees" have to agree whether me and my sister, the only family my late mother had are entitled to her pension.

Unacceptable customer 'service'
For many months my password has needed re-setting frequently, via a phone call, even though I've entered the correct one, as the email re-set doesn't work for me. I have checked to see if the correct email address is logged, and it is.Before reaching an operative, we are advised, by a recording, at length, about how the pandemic means that responses might take longer than normal, and that we might hear household noises in the background, making an annoyingly long wait even longer. We're ...

Good job in the end
The people here are great.... but overworked / under resourced . I was becoming nervous about the progress of a time critical matter with nothing happening day after day. It was necessary to be quite a pain to get the case out of the inbox and in front of administrators . Once picked up the teams were great and I suspect jumped past some unnecessary internal processes to get the job done. Overall very happy with the support from staff , the company IMO needs to do more to resource and ...
