Good affordable technology
What do you like best? I don’t just want to say the fact it was free, but that is definitely up there. But having something that is free that doesn’t work is no use. That’s not the case here, the platform lets us do all we need to do without any restrictions or problems whatsoever and doesn’t ‘feel’ like a free tool. What do you dislike? Great free tool. Very good service.
What do you like best? I’ve not been overly hands-on in terms of creating things in platform but I really like the reporting side of things. It’s clean, very easy to understand and has great depth. I attended the kick off calls and have been impressed with the level of support provided (this has been fed back to me too). Easy to use tool – detailed reporting
What do you like best? I found the platform really easy to get to grips with. Most things were really obvious as to how to use, even speaking as someone is not really all that technical (the kick off demo really helped in that regard too). Really like the drag and drop functionality when building segments etc. The fact we have the option of buying ad-hoc services/support if needed is also good as means I can lean on them to help me out if I do come across anything I get stuck with. First-rate support, service and technology
What do you like best? For me as the CEO the support Webtrends Optimize gave us from the very start was the best aspect. So often with these sort of tools you find you’re left to you own devices somewhat but the team were very hands on with us (which we wanted/needed) and guided us through the process. Great CRO platform with some nice added extras
What do you like best? As a developer I use the advanced editor the most - the UI is really intuitive and there is enough freedom but with some nice features in there to cover any ‘gotchas’ or allow you to sense check what you are building. The UI also looks pretty good in the visual editor too and having had a play around can see the appeal of that to the marketing guys etc. What do you dislike? We have been using for years and never had an issue
What do you like best? The reliability of the service is great, we have tests running all day everyday and it allows us to adpat and move quickly What do you dislike? Nothing really, been using for years and not come across anything to date What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to improve user experience on our site and try and get more customers, webtrends optimize has definitely helped us do that

Proving very useful for us
What do you like best? The support that they offerd us was amazing. The product is easy to use and no features being added all the time What do you dislike? We had to integrate into a heatmap tool but it wans't hard enough to complete, once it was in place... all was well What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been running the tool for about a year now and we ahve seen some great success and improvement in sales.

Simple to use platform and great support
What do you like best? The flexibility. The platform itself is easy to navigate and quick to learn the basics and the support they provided was excellent. But the best thing was how flexible they were with what we needed. Really helped me with my new site
What do you like best? The ease of use was great. We are fairly new to CRO and personalisation but we could get up and running fairly quickly, with a bit of help from the Webtrends Optimize team.
