What do you like best? From a technical standpoint, the WebTrends provides a huge amount of options to help tailor the platform to your specific site, and allows experiments to be created with ease. What do you like best? the fact that it's free, and SO much easier than Google. after our research we put our tests together in give or take 15 mins with KPIs and everything. Good platform. Easy to use. Does what it says it can do

What do you like best? The visual editor and the reporting were really easy to get to grips with and those were the core elements I personally needed to use. It was good that we could have as many users as we wanted too (with different restrictions) so that workloads could be managed. What do you dislike? Easy to use platform

What do you like best? Simplicity of the UI and the depth of reporting data. What do you dislike? Nothing from my perspective, and the team seem pretty happy with it too. I’ve always been a believer in website optimisation and the platform works great for us.

What do you like best? How easy it was to use. Could log in, set up a simple test and monitor performance really easily. Even slightly more complex tests/targets were fairly straightforward too.
