Good platform. Easy to use. Does what it says it can do

What do you like best? The visual editor and the reporting were really easy to get to grips with and those were the core elements I personally needed to use. It was good that we could have as many users as we wanted too (with different restrictions) so that workloads could be managed. What do you dislike? Easy to use platform

What do you like best? Simplicity of the UI and the depth of reporting data. What do you dislike? Nothing from my perspective, and the team seem pretty happy with it too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just the ability to test/personalise our website experience without it having to cost a fortune to do so. What do you like best? How easy it was to use. Could log in, set up a simple test and monitor performance really easily. Even slightly more complex tests/targets were fairly straightforward too. What do you like best? I don’t just want to say the fact it was free, but that is definitely up there. But having something that is free that doesn’t work is no use.
